The greatest need of Good News Church is to continue to raise up leaders to make room for new people. 

This year we have one key goal as a church: 70 Small groups in 09 for the Glory of God. To accomplish this goal we must recruiting, train, and support small group leaders.  This is the key to accomplishing all our other goals, making room for new people, and providing Biblical Community and pastoral care for those already here.

70 small groups would require 70 shepherds and 20 coaches.  The most critical area of attention is adult small groups.  Presently, we have 43 adult small groups supported by 8 coaches.
